QuikClot® Combat Gauze® Moulage Trainer is an inert gauze that is designed for instructional purposes only.

This z-folded QuikClot® Combat Gauze® Moulage Trainer provides a gauze training aid, for use during instructional scenarios. It is ideal for treatment simulations and wound packing exercises utilizing artificial blood or other training aids. This is completely inert training gauze (no hemostatic properties) that mimics the feel of QuikClot® Combat Gauze®, allowing for proper instruction for use.

    Just finished teaching 40 LEO's and CO's a TECC class. Since Combat Gauze is in the car IFAK's it was very good for them to expirence using an identified trainer on the ground beef 'logs' in BDU sleeves. I just wish the resealable opening was at the top of the package, under the tear off piece. I even talked w/ a rep about it during the EMS EXPO in Vegas.

    I bought this item so I could economically and realistically train with Quickclot combat gauze. Because the package is resealable you can use this multiple times. It's affordable and replicates the actual item for realistic training.
