It contains 8 individual first aid kits (IFAKs), each stocked identically with tools to respond to severe bleeding, and an instruction card for reference and guidance for civilians with little or no training. The entire sleeve can be removed from the cabinet and individual kits can be quickly distributed in the event of multiple casualties.
