Slim Tear Off Medical Pouch (S.T.O.M.P.) Gen 2

If I carry any extra kit it’s going to be medical. This pouch fits that need exactly. It holds plenty of supplies without being too big and bulky. You will notice it more than smaller IFAKS (like PIMP size) but I don’t feel like it prohibits movement or adds excessive weight. Everything is well thought out and designed. My only complaint is about the MOLLE weave on the base piece. It merely weaves through and you push it back up into the MOLLE column. No snap, Velcro, or anything to keep it in place. That means after you weave the base onto your belt it quickly becomes looser than it should be. It isn’t going to fall off, but if you actually use your belt you will notice extra bounce and flop. This is my pet peeve. Luckily this is a cheap fix and I added HSGI MOLLE clips to the base to tighten it up. Now it’s perfect and I believe this is the way.

Although it’s a great pouch! And has probably the best organization options. It lacks being stable, when I run around it tends to bounce around a small amount but It’s not too noticeable so overall I love my purchase!

Very impressed with many things about this med pack. I’ve had 4 or 5 over the years and I had planned for this to be a cumberbund rear mounted pack on my carrier, but after messing with it, organizing it and tying things down, etc, I decided it would even better fit my needs on my belt so I removed the one I had been using there and used this one. Extremely good quality with reinforced zippers and an awesome TQ-included tear away system. Would recommend to anyone and have, in fact, already done so.

Very good materials, excellent build quality. Very positive tear away system. Pouch allows adequate flex for stuffing prepackaged/vacuum sealed/ categorized adjuncts, while providing very deliberated security of main pouch. TQ band holds gen4 SOF-T wide very securely while still accommodating single hand removal (providing you do not overstuff main pouch). Reordering for second belt.

Fits very well on a tactical belt, able to hold the majority of the USMC IFAC contents while still maintaining a much lower profile

Great little pouch that meets my needs perfectly, very modular, and looks well built. Fits everything I needed and some.
