    The C-A-T 7 Combat Application Tourniquet is the easiest to use and train with, even the youngest member of my family now knows how to stop a major bleed with it.....best investment,Even if you are not a First Reasponder, or Military every car , every household, and every business should have one or two of these critical lifesaving tools!
