Great quick reference for CERT SOPs
Rite in the rain makes great notebooks and paper, and this is no different. the printing isn't the finest - but it's very readable and the content makes for good reference material. The size is right for shoving into a back or cargo pocket. A good read for all prepared citizens even if you're not in a CERT.

Keep it in Your Pocket
This is a very handy and convenient part of any CERT member to have on hand at all times. It surpasses my CERT course outlines that are condensed to three-inch by five-inch cards and kept in a coat pocket. It serves as an excellent CERT course refresher and provides an outline of potential situations and actions that I can personally use in developing plans to resolve various situations. You save me many hours putting together my own review. Thanks!
