These elastic loops are backed with hook-and-loop material to provide customization opportunity for any bag, pack or pouch that also has hook-and-loop material.
The red loops are ideal for airways and preloads, yellow and blue are good for rollers and cravats, and the black can hold shears, a flashlight, etc.
