Glove Pouch (Black or OD Green)

Fits Molle IFAKs and larger kits and bags well. Gets at least 4 pairs of gloves or more on the outside of a kit ready to don before treating the patient. Great to free up more space inside a kit for other life saving tools. I will add this pouch to any IFAK or aid kit that will accommodate it.

I have to set up for a mass casualty event with many patients. In that ugly event, our protocol is to save the most we can i the shortest time so we'll be moving very quickly. You'll want to swap out PPE as you encounter each patient and (stopping and) digging into a pocket or bag is possible, but with this you can prepare while moving. When you roll up or Z-fold gloves in pairs, leave a little bit of the wrist end unwrapped and tuck the rolled-up finger section next pair in. When you're done, when you pull a pair out the wrist end of the next pair are pulled out the flap and ready to go. I can get 4/5 pairs in that way; and you can pre-wrap the refills and keep in your kit.
