What Our Customers Say

stars
Very good materials, excellent build quality. Very positive tear away system. Pouch allows adequate flex for stuffing prepackaged/vacuum sealed/ categorized adjuncts, while providing very deliberated security of the main pouch. TQ band holds gen4 SOF-T wide very securely while still accommodating single hand removal (providing you do not overstuff the main pouch).

This case is perfect for uniform or plain clothes carry. I have mine stocked with a SWAT tourniquet, CELOX, CPR mask, gloves and chest seal. Everything I could need for a major incident. I highly recommend this case.

Awesome product. It was just what I needed to hold my sealed package of clotting gauze. The pouch is well constructed. Its flap is adjustable to have the top meet the top of the gauze package. I strapped it to the molle webbing on the side of my tactical bag along side of my other rescue products. This way I'm prepared anywhere I'm shooting. Its there to save my life or any other fellow shooter in the event of a mishap.

FAQs

What makes an IFAK pouch different from a standard first aid pouch?
An IFAK pouch is built for rapid deployment in critical moments. Unlike standard first aid kits, these pouches emphasize quick access to trauma supplies like tourniquets, dressings, and shears.
Can I mount these pouches on any gear setup? +
Yes. Most models feature MOLLE straps or external webbing for versatile mounting on a plate carrier, chest rig, duty belt, or battle belt. For more information, refer to individual products.
Do these pouches include medical supplies? +
Some arrive empty so you can customize with your agency’s essential medical supplies; for pre-stocked kits, check out our IFAK kits. If you’re not sure which option fits your needs, contact us and our team will help you choose the right setup.
Do you have to be a professional to use these pouches? +
Absolutely not. Whether you’re on a backcountry hike, hunting trip, or any outdoor adventure, these pouches offer compact, durable storage for your individual first aid kit.
What features should I look for in a reliable IFAK pouch? +
Look for durable materials like reinforced stitching and YKK zippers, built-in features like rip-away panels and interior elastic loops, and practical details such as secure pull tabs for rapid access. These elements ensure your pouch stays dependable when it matters most.
