This all-in-one device consolidates multiple first-aid devices such as a primary dressing, pressure applicator, secondary dressing, and a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place. Nice. A real “made in Israel” bandage
Fortunately I have not had to use it yet.

Emergency bandage
While I haven't used this bandage it is the same issued to me while in the military. They are incredibly effective and easy to use. I have two of these in each vehicle as well as every first aid kit in my home and in my shooting bag. I hope I never need to use them but if I do I know, based on past experience, that they will do the job. This is the best price I've found as well.

Israeli compression dressing is the best by far.
Between being easy to apply and easy to keep sterile it beats hands down the traditional roll of gauze and attempting to get enough pressure to work. The only mistake you can made is not getting at least both sizes per person if you're going out in the wilderness. If you're just traveling about by yourself just one of each is fine.
