The Micro Trauma Kit NOW! - PLUS+ is 30% larger than the original Micro Trauma Kit NOW! Pouch. This medical pouch is for those users who want the design of the Micro Trauma Kit NOW! Pouch but need to carry a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. Includes a MOLLE med kit mount that adapts to plate carriers, vests, battle belts or other MOLLE compatible surfaces. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with a single hand or finger from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs.
