Not bad - can't really complain for $5
I have this on my duty gear and it tends to get losened and wiggle around because it it Velcro. I would prefer to pay a few more dollars for a mode rigid system to secure it to my duty gear. On the plus side I can take it off my belt without reading my belt apart. I've had it for about 4 months now and its comforting to have some basic medical supplies on my body at all times.

well built, great price, a realistic price for an IFAK pouch. About time somebody offered an IFAK holster that didnt cost more than the contents of the kit itself.
