Made of high quality, 6-ply cotton, Rescue Essentials® Compressed Gauze is vacuum packed into a small cube space for easy storage yet expands (once opened) to cover large wound areas. This compressed sterile fluff bandage is the perfect tool to use in conjunction with a compression bandage to deal with serious blood loss.

    Appears to be your standard Z-Fold compressed gauze. Nothing necessarily special about it and as far as packaging goes, I would say NAR is slightly better due to their red markings where the tear mark is but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this if NAR gauze wasn't available, nothing a red sharpie cant fix on the packaging.
