This SAM® Splint Combo Pack features two 4" Premium Elastic Wraps (Velcro closure included) with a flat-folded 36" Orange and Blue SAM® Splint. Similar to our SAM Splint Combo with Cohesive Wrap, the major benefit to this configuration is the significantly reduced cube space. The flat packaging makes it easy to slip in a kit, a bag, or a pack and provides you with splinting essentials all in one convenient location.
