These are huge,
They are really big, but fold well in the bag.

Use for large abdominal wounds
Very large- great for mass trama wounds. Would appreciate if they were compressed for easier packing in limited space kit- I updated my personal bleeding control kit in dry box— had to compress in order to fit.. hopefully not affecting sterility.

Bandage Kit for Hard Case
I use the Large Med Module as a bandaging kit for a hard case. The 10x30 Trauma Dressing folded in half fits the Large Med Module easily. This is not a dressing for a smaller IFAK but if you have a larger home/work kit this can be very handy.
