Steri-Strip™ Reinforced Skin Closures
These sterile strips are trusted for closure of incisions and skin lacerations. They are sterile, breathable and strong for easy and effective wound closure. A convenient pouch that contains 2 packages with 6 Steri-Strip closures each.
Steri-Strips provide secure wound support through higher tensile strength compared to sutures. They help improve the outcome of wound healing, reducing scarring and risk of infection. They are non-invasive (unlike sutures and staples), which lessens trauma to the affected tissue. They are easy to use, can be quickly applied, comfortable for the patient, and contain a hypoallergenic adhesive. These strips are also less expensive than skin adhesives, staples, or sutures.
