Conforms to Latest TC3 Standards of Care

The military has been tinkering with the standards of care for Combat Lifesavers. Currently they are moving away from totally occlusive chest seals and using vented chest seals such as the Bolin along with improved adhesive. A bit more bulk but well worth it is improved perfomance.

New style helps solve old problem

Most Chest Valves are best packed flat. This makes them hard to pack in small kits. The newer Bolin folds fairly well, so packs easier. 3 valves give a bit of an easier unit to place.
