Rescue Essentials QuikLitter

Engineered for active shooter and TEMS response scenarios, this disposable emergency litter is a must-have in any scenario where patient evacuation is needed - especially in remote environments or tight spaces where traditional hard-litters are not practical or available. With ten strategically placed hand-holds, including four on each side and one at the head and foot, patient handling is safe and efficient.

Crafted from heavy-duty nylon webbing and non-woven fabric with high tensile and tear strength, the QuikLitter™ is packable and durable. Tested to withstand loads up to 500 lbs, this versatile tool is ideal for a variety of uses including casualty evacuation at mass casualty incidents (MCI), Rescue Task Force (RTF), or any emergency patient transport.

Affordable and disposable, it belongs in every Bleeding Control Station and AED Cabinet, and should be a standard addition to every emergency vehicle, including law enforcement fleets. Stay prepared and equipped for any situation with the Rescue Essentials QuikLitter™.

Rescue Essentials has taken the best of the above features combined with the highest strength non-woven grade available. QuikLitter

The QuikLitter looks sturdy and well built. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Looking at purchasing a drag litter as I can afford one. My only suggestions is to print/sublimate the use instructions directly onto the litter deck cloth, i.e. 500 lb load limit, 4-person lift, hand wash, do not machine wash, not a drag litter, discard if excessively dirty/contaminated. The included instruction sheet is not going with the litter and will probably end up in a file somewhere or a trashcan if it doesn't get posted to a wall somewhere, all of which is no use out in the field!

Most durable, lightweight and compact litter out there

Using this litter for real world rescues and lots of training, I can say that it's very durable and a perfect option for a lightweight litter that can easily be carried or kept handy in just about every environment. Improvise a couple of long rigid handles and it's even more functional!

RESCUE ESSENTIALS QUIKLITTER

Light weight, robust. Two thumbs up. Recently used 3 tied together to evacuate an 800 lb mule out of a forest. No breaks, no tears, ran them through the wash and folded them back up to be used the next time.

Quick Litter

My experiments with this so far have been successful, and it seems like a decent enough soft litter. But I haven't been able to use it on an actual carry out yet.

Good, compact litter

Good litter, though I happily have not needed to use them in a real emergency. They are a good alternative for our wildland fire crew to have a lightweight litter on the fireline. The only complaint is that they might pack a little smaller.

Easy to use and lightweight. They’re small enough and light enough to pack a couple in your cruiser or in your pack. Great deal!

Rescue Essentials Quik litter

This heavy duty, disposable litter is robust enough to hold your heavier patients and allow you to move them across rough terrain where a standard litter would be too heavy or bulky. We utilize these in our field trauma kits, and the smaller Quik litter lite we use in our line packs.

Quick Litter

Saw this at a conference in NY and had to get one for my bag and my son's as well. What we saw would fit in your cargo pocket, what we got was nearly twice that size (may have ordered the wrong one) but it is still light weight and small enough to slip right into my bag without any issue. Don't even notice a difference in weight or bulk in the bag. Would definitely recommend getting one!

Rescue Essentials QuikLitter™

My wife and I are both LEOs and have several 'medical kits' from our basic IFAK on up. We were looking for a light-weight, sturdy, not bulky 'litter' and found it with this Rescue Essentials QuikLitter™. The price-point was good and the litter well within our expectations.

Nice litter - use them in CERT for easy transport

Our CERT team uses these in training and several members have purchased them for their home or neighborhood cache.

Perfect for quick evacuation of incapacitated individuals.

If you're looking for a temporary light duty use quick litter to get patients out fast this will work. It is not designed to drag patients along the ground or rough surfaces where they could be injured again. The non-rigid litter is made from nylon webbing and fabric with hand-holds for lifting the patient off of the ground. If you want a litter that you can drag patients check out the Foxtrot DA it may work for you. If you are in the veterinary field this could also be used to move mammals, reptiles and aquatic species of the appropriate size and also used as an over bandage for large animal thoracic injuries and abdominal support. Our is kept with our primary medical response pack inside a Lancer quick-dump pouch so we can quickly deploy it then use it to stage our equipment on as we attend to the patient, then transfer the patient onto the quick litter or another form of transport.

Excellent Product

We purchased 11 of these Quik Litters and they did the job for sure. We used them during our Active Shooter training, and they were a big help getting the simulated patients out of the area.

Would not buy.

I Used this product in training to see how it works. While using it to pickup a 150 lbs person the litter ripped. The manufacturer of the litter said it rated for 500 lbs. I was lucky it ripped has i picked up my victim not after i picked him he could of fell to ground. This product is for life saving and the failure I had in training could have been life threatening if I was using it for real. Do not buy!!!

Rescue Essentials Response:
The non-woven fabric backing is NOT part of the structure that holds the patient. It can tear without any danger to the patient being transported. It would be nearly impossible for the litter to fail to hold any weight up to 500 lbs, as the structural component is heavy nylon webbing, not the thin non-woven substrate.

Har to believe $16.49

Great kit for an advanced bag or FAK. Might not stand up to daily hard use but that is not what it is intended for. Hard to believe less than $17.

Good piece of kit

Handles held carrying a 260 pounder. Great price and appears to be well sewed. We did wear several holes in the fabric when dragging someone in full kit, but the litter still functions. Happy with the purchase.

Amazing Deal

For around 15$ you're getting a litter that otherwise would cost you hundreds and works just as well. You can't miss out on this.

Don't miss out on this one

Was blown away by the quality materials used to make this product. Exceeds the quality of more expensive models I looked at. Can't beat the price. Light weight. Easy to pack. Anyone roughing it will be glad to have this along if something goes wrong on the trail.

Light and Portable

Normally our team has to lug out a few vintage litters when we are called out. They are rather bulky, probably because they need to last. This litter is a nice alternative because we really don't have to think much past the next one or two deployments and we can look at a more disposable product in favor of portability. I was able to take it out of the packaging and literally fold it into a simple medic bag I use for a "go" kit. Glad I bought it.

GREAT PRICE! one time use...

It's very sturdy but has no casualty retention straps(those can be improvised). I wouldn't expect to use this more than once if the casualty is badly wounded and hypovolemic(losing fluids) and the nylon bottom has too much friction to be used as a SKED litter in rough terrain(dragged over more than a short distance) BUT THE PRICE!.. for one time use it's unbeatable. (If R.E. lowered the price though... ;P )

LOVE IT!

My search is over, I love the GO Stretcher! It is compact enough to back-pack around or stash in a vehicle, but strong enough and big enough to carry a full sized man out over a long distance, and it is affordable! Perfect!!! I am getting several more GO Stretchers.
