I love these things! Easy to carry one or a couple on long trail runs or mountain bike rides. When you pop one in your mouth and suck on it, your mouth produces more saliva so you don't get cottonmouth (a lot of electrolyte drinks and gummies just make me feel more thirsty and dried out, but not these!). I definitely feel the difference in preventing cramping while out exercising in the heat. I like that I can suck on one or two of these and sip a little water here and there, rather than trying to carry and consume both an electrolyte drink and water.
My husband likes to keep these handy at work too - he is a general contractor and carpenter. He shares them with his crew to keep them going through the hot summer days.
