DESCRIPTION
Heat Reflective Shell
The Heat Reflective Shell (HRS) has great thermal properties, is reinforced for strength, while remaining flexible and lightweight for convenient storage and carry. It is designed to completely enclose a patient in a tapered shape with built-in hood for excellent isothermal capabilities during casualty care. It is engineered for 360° access while minimizing patient exposure thanks to a continuous Velcro® seam. Built with 4-ply composite fabric and a non-conductive, reflective layer for efficient heat-retention, the durable material combination can support up to 250+ lbs. HRS includes a built-in absorbent pad to keep fluids isolated.
