Molefoam has protected hikers' feet from shoe friction and pressure for decades. This soft, smooth foam padding  surrounds and protects blisters, calluses and corns from pressure and rubbing. Includes four self-adhesive trim-to-fit strips (2" x 3") in a re-sealable bag. To use: bathe and dry feet, cut adhesive foam in donut shape to fit around blister, corn or callus, remove backing and apply. Use with Tincture of Benzoin to provide superior adhesion.

(The 2" x 3" dimensions refer to the size of the backing, the molefoam itself is slightly smaller.)
