Stop The Bleed®

Rescue Essentials is an official partner of Stop the Bleed®, a U.S. Government initiative administered by the Department of Defense (DoD). The program is based on guidelines developed by the American College of Surgeons and the Hartford Consensus.

Based on these guidelines and STB training, we offer individual Stop the Bleed kits. We also offer an extensive range of Bleeding Control Stations and kits intended to be displayed in public locations (just like AED cabinets) to provide lay-people with the tools to respond quickly to severe bleeding. Public Access Bleeding Control Kits empower the public to respond until EMS can arrive.
