The NAR Operator BLS/IFAK is purpose-built to provide individual operators with essential Basic Life Support tools for immediate self-aid or buddy-aid in critical situations. This enhanced North American Rescue IFAK first aid kit is specifically configured to address the leading causes of preventable death from penetrating trauma. Designed for versatility, the BLS IFAK can be carried in three ways: as a drop-down leg rig, mounted to an assault vest or body armor using MOLLE-compatible connectors, or attached directly to a duty belt.
