This 4" wide Israeli Emergency Bandage is the same as the original 4" Israeli Bandage in a different color option. Like the original, it is an all-in-one device, consolidating multiple first-aid products. However it is not dyed as is the original, and for that reason it is more affordable, and perfect for non-tactical applications or where visibility is not an issue. It serves as a primary dressing, pressure applicator, secondary dressing, and features a foolproof closure apparatus to secure the bandage in place.
