Compact, might not be for aeromedical use
As other reviews have gone over, this is a compact bag. It fits well for a sports medical bag, a BLS/Fire Dept bag, a community first responder role, or a confined/tactical rescue pack. But I wouldn't say it's for emergency aeromedical response, probably only for critical care transfers. It is a compact bag that is able to fit a C-size oxygen tank in its main compartment, with sufficient room for oxygen masks, basic airway adjuncts, a Pocket BVM, and trauma/diagnostic supplies in the side "wings". The fabric feels like a high denier nylon which is great for abrasion resistance and offers slight weather resistance. The zippers are metal YKK, but are small and quite noisy - would be good to offer paracord pull tabs to reinforce these zippers. There is a PVC tube handle at the bottom of the pack similar to the one found at the top and I find that it prohibits the pack from standing at the bottom - had to cut that PVC tube away. The shoulder harness doesnt offer much support or comfort but it's good enough to carry a football field's length. Note that the pack I received had its Conterra Patch on the right pouch wing, opposite of what's shown in the image.

Excellent ALS Jump Bag
Great bag for an ALS jump bag. Well designed as a compact backpack that can fit a lot!

Great product, modular products expensive though
Very satisfied with the bag itself, plenty of storage, compact and well designed! Many gloves in head and toe compartments, one built for basic first aid kit is seems and opposites for diagnostics (bp chuff, sphyg and more).. main compartment; enough storage for small-medium suitcase. as expected its built for modular compartments, in Ireland its very difficult to get these, and with that, they are expensive, but given the bag, it really seems like one for life, hard wearing, resistant to dirt to an extent and rather easy to clean.. I am satisfied with the bag.

Not to big and not to small
Since I carry my O2 and supplies in another bag I was looking for an upgrade to my current bag which is a Meret First In sidepack. The Meret is a great bag I just needed more room and backpack straps since I'm a first responder and by myself most the time and often carry a monitor, and O2. I was able to load all my diagnostic equipment in this bag, supplies for major bleeds and advanced airway. Workmanship looks great.

awesome bag
I have been using different bags for medical equipment. this bag holds everything. Very easy to use and a place for everything. Very well built and comfortable on the back. I would purchase another fine made item by this company. Can't go wrong.

Great Bag, Perfect for a Small Space!
Ive owned this bag as my primary Jump Kit for about a year. So far it has come in real handy a few times on incidents where our normal over stocked bag on the ambulance has been to large. 2 Of the incidents were confined space 1 a high angel Rescue off of a 200' Grain elevator. Theres plenty of room for about everything you could need until you can get to a larger supply!
