Not "fresh"
Admittedly, I knew this was "bagged" water for emergency kits and not some sort of miracle fresh water supply; however, I had hoped to receive a batch where I could get the full five years before "expiration." I also chuckled when I read the water came from a municipal water source. Live and learn... Since ordering, I found a different brand with slightly larger pouches for about half the price.

Order them now you won't regret it. These water packs are a perfect pocket size way to keep emergency water on hand. The size is so good there is no reason not to have them in your kits. I vacuum sealed mine with my FoodSaver for added protection and durability.
