This durable holder has elastic sides and the top strap length can be adjusted to fit a variety of tourniquets, including CAT, SOF, and SAM XT tourniquets. The highly visible red pull-tab provides rapid access when you need it.

    Friggin AWESOME TQ!! North American Rescue is such a reputable name in the medical supplies field!     Belt loop as originally shipped was to big and holder was not snug to belt. Not professional looking. I removed belt loop and experimented with various positions. The holder is now snug to the belt and looks professional. I can send a photo if that helps.

    Added this to their tear-away ifak so that the TQ is held externally. Easy attachment to the side molle straps. CAT fits perfectly with solid velcro closure.

    Works on traditional cat and soft T wide tourniquets. Attaches via Pals webbing so if you don't use that system it won't work.
