Blisters can stop you in your tracks if left untreated. This compact blister care kit gives you the essential tools to treat hot spots and blisters quickly in the field.

Moleskin acts as a protective barrier. Cut to size and apply over or around hot spots to reduce friction and prevent blisters from forming. For existing blisters, cut a doughnut-shaped piece to offload pressure.

Waterproof Tape secures dressings or moleskin in place, even in wet conditions. Use to hold moleskin or gauze securely on feet or heels during movement.

A Safety Pin can be sterilized with flame and used to lance a blister if necessary to relieve pressure. Ensure the area is cleaned before and after drainage.

The Antibiotic Ointment Unit Dose provides infection protection for open blisters. Apply a thin layer after cleaning and before dressing to keep the wound site moist and reduce infection risk.

Tincture of Benzoin helps adhesive dressings stick longer, especially on sweaty or wet skin. Apply around, not directly on, the blister site before taping or placing moleskin to increase adhesion.
