The KOBUS RollUP Litter is a versatile, high-performance rescue stretcher engineered for demanding extraction and patient transport operations in confined spaces, high-angle environments, technical rescues, marine settings, and fast-water incidents. Combining the portability of a roll-up litter with the strength and rigidity of a traditional basket stretcher, the patented RollUP design provides rescuers with a dependable solution for complex rescue scenarios.

Designed for both vertical and horizontal lifting operations, the KOBUS RollUP Litter features integrated lifting bridles that eliminate the need for additional straps or adapters, allowing for rapid deployment and seamless transitions during hoist operations. Once a patient is secured, integrated support struts create a rigid structure that helps prevent buckling while reducing pressure on the patient during transport.

Constructed with the durable KOBUS Dura-Slyde thermoplastic polymer sliding surface, the litter delivers exceptional abrasion, impact, and chemical resistance while maintaining a low-friction profile for efficient dragging across a wide range of terrain and environmental conditions. Permanently affixed stainless steel attachment points provide multiple options for securing accessories and patient packaging systems, while certified webbing and rugged COBRA® steel buckles enhance safety and reliability.

Certified for numerous aeromedical applications, including helicopter winching and evacuation operations, the KOBUS RollUP Litter is built to meet the demanding requirements of professional rescue teams, military units, EMS agencies, and special operations personnel. When not in use, the litter conveniently rolls into the included MOLLE-compatible backpack and carry case for compact storage and transport.
