Designed specifically for use with the KOBUS RollUp Litter and KOBUS RollUP Bullnose Litter, this compact inflatable pillow helps provide secure head positioning and assists with Spinal Motion Restriction (SMR) during casualty movement and evacuation.

Integrated into the RollUp Litter assembly process, the pillow remains unobtrusive when not needed and can be deployed in seconds with quick oral inflation. Once inflated, it cushions the back of the patient's head while providing lateral support to help minimize unwanted movement during transport. For additional stabilization, a forehead strap can be applied as required.
