This Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT, Gen 7) and Holder combination are an ideal pair, and the choice combination of most training centers.

The popular CAT has been rigorously tested and evaluated on the battlefield, providing feedback and driving design of this proven tourniquet. The holder was made to fit the specs of a CAT tourniquet with 1000D IR Signature Reduced Nylon for a secure fit while maintaining a discrete profile. The MOLLE / PALS compatible holder can be mounted vertically or horizontally to belts, duty vests, packs or pouches for fast access where and when you need it.
