Pouch but need to carry a full-size pressure dressing and chest seal. Includes a MOLLE med kit mount that adapts to plate carriers, vests, battle belts or other MOLLE compatible surfaces. Deployment of critical first aid supplies can be done with a single hand or finger from either the left or right side by pulling the BLIP featured pull tabs.
