RE SIM Wound Packing Trainers are designed to simulate wound packing and demonstrate the use of advanced hemostatic gauzes with simulated blood. The realistic knife/laceration wound can be packed with the provided hemostatic or compressed gauze while blood simulant is pumped into the wound using the attached 1-liter squeeze bottle. As the simulant flows through the wound, realistic simulated blood clots form on the hemostatic gauze at the point of bleeding, demonstrating the effectiveness of this advanced gauze during wound packing.

The task trainer is constructed from durable silicone and no moving parts, making it ideal for repeated training use. Blood simulant rinses away easily with water, even after it has dried. An integrated one-way valve prevents blood simulant from flowing back into the included 1-liter squeeze bottle during use.
