The Slim Tear-Off Medical Pouch (S.T.O.M.P.) is a compact, mission-ready medical pouch designed to keep essential trauma supplies organized, accessible, and ready for rapid deployment. Its fully customizable interior features a laser-cut lashing grid that simplifies organization and allows users to configure the pouch to meet their specific medical needs. Dual interior pockets provide dedicated storage for flat items such as chest seals, burn dressings, nasopharyngeal airways (NPAs), and other critical medical components.

The latest generation includes a convenient zippered front storage compartment for quick-access items and an enhanced pull handle that improves speed and control during deployment. Two integrated 1-inch webbing loops on the rear of the pouch allow it to be worn as a waist-mounted kit when paired with an optional waist strap, providing additional carry versatility.

An integrated tourniquet retention sleeve located beneath the pouch utilizes dual elastic bands to securely hold CAT, SOF Tourniquets, and other similarly sized tourniquets. When immediate access is required, simply release the side-release buckle and pull the pouch free from its mounting platform using the reinforced top handle.

Once detached, the pouch opens a full 180 degrees, creating a field-expedient workstation that keeps medical supplies visible, organized, and within reach during treatment.
