With a new baby at the house I wanted something I could use in an emergency if the unthinkable happened. I received training on this tool and like that it can be used on small kids. It comes in a size that's easy to carry in a cargo pocket. I gave one to my wife to keep in her purse and we have one at the house.

I'm a big fan of the product and have carried it for years, as a paramedic and deputy sheriff. Great tool for MCI kits.

I purchased this as part of my EDC stuff after attending a tactical med/Stop the Bleed class last summer taught by a trauma surgeon who is also a SWAT doctor. We practiced with numerous types of tourniquets on each other & this was 1 he suggested that could be carried in a pocket/purse/IFAK by anybody due to it's small packaged size & multi-function capability. My CAT is too bulky for my purse or smaller bag so this is a perfect alternative.

Two is one and one is none. I've kept SOF-T and SWAT-T tourniquets in my home, cars and range bags for years, although there's never been a need to use them.

Besides a tourniquet, the SWAT-Ts can double as a compression bandage with rolled gauze when all else fails.

All these years later I still live by the Boy Scout motto, "Be Prepared."

I have bought 3 of these tourniquet in the past, great product. This time the package came ripped, make the useless. I would hope customer service would read this and send out a replacement.

I have bought 2 so far, in both colors. The orange is for my motorcycle. The black for my range bag/ chest rig. I like this product because it is easier to pack/ carry then a standard tourniquet and can be used as a pressure dressing. When I tell other riders I carry a tourniquet in my motorcycle bag, I often get "that's a great idea". Never can be over preped.

Have been looking for a small easy to carry tourniquet. This fit the bill. I’m no medic, but this would be easy to use. I ride a motorcycle and do a lot of shooting. You never know when you’d need it

I ordered this product through PayPal where my shipping address is automatically entered like every other product I order online.... I never got it and the product was returned to the vendor. They said I would have to pay to re-ship the product. I reviewed the order and the address was correct, so the mistake was not on my end. I won’t be buying from this outfit again. They are supposed to be refunding my order, we will see.

With its compact size, the Swat-T can be carried in every kit. I have one in my EDC, as well as in my trauma kit. They can also be used as a general wrap, or combined with gauze, a suitable pressure dressing. Amazing product.

The SWAT-T tourniquet is small enough for me to carry everywhere in my pocket, yet it can double as a pressure dressing or a tourniquet. Just as I carry a firearm wherever I go, so too will I carry basic first aid that could save someone's life in the event of traumatic injury.

This is the perfect size to slip in your back pocket for EDC, feels/looks like a wallet.

The SWAT-T is perfect for situations where having a full size Combat Application Tournequet is just not practical. The SWAT-T allows you to always have a tourniquet device available on your person because in its package it is smaller than most men’s wallets. It’s easy to apply on another person and your own lower extremities, but takes some practice to apply it to your own upper extremities but it can be done.

Always good to have multi-use items. I keep one of these in all my kits because of it's versatility. This is NOT an easy device to use if you don't have the use of two hands, so I wouldn't consider it a good personal choice. Also, haven't had to use it as a tourniquet yet - thank goodness, but it has worked well as an ankle and knee wrap.

The SWAT tourniquet is a must have for the real world. East to carry and conceal, great for EP work or for military contractors

It is fairly easy to use but slightly slow to apply to your self, It is straight forward to use with instructions printed on the side of it. It is versatile and cost effective.

Carrying one of these is so easy. They are compact. Use it as a tourniquet or pair it with some H&H Primed gauze and you get a super compact pressure bandage too. Take it out of the package and wrap it around a few supplies to make a compact kit out of it. These are cheap enough and compact enough to throw some in every car, in a bag you carry regularly and a desk at work. They may not be the most effective tourniquet or the perfect pressure bandage, but they cover lots of aspects in a small, inexpensive package so you have them when you need them.

Watched the demo/training videos in preparation, though I hope to never need to use this. I like that these are compact, durable, and can be used to dress a wound/bandage or as a tourniquet.

I got these for the size and ease of carrying. I carry one with me at all time to replace the CAT that I used to carry. The others are in my First Responder Bags. I haven't had a chance to use one yet.

While doing contract work overseas I used several of these on multiple injured patients. Without these the injured would have expired. These are a life saver. I highly recommend SWAT-T in their med kits. It's combat tested and Proven.

WAY cheaper than other types, and is small and compact. It can be used for several applications.

For 10$ you can't beat this. I've put it on myself a few times and once you get the hang of it, it works just as well as the 30$ ones.

The SWAT T is a great product. It's less painful to the patient, can be used as a pressure dressing, and can be easily carried in a pocket, bag, whatever. The only thing that I do not like about the SWAT T is the leaning curve. They are not as easy to apply as the video's make them seem. (I am referring to self aid) In my opinion the SWAT T would be perfect if you knew someone would always be with you to administer the TQ. I have also noticed that they can be hard to manipulate if the area is wet or the users hands are wet, etc. I personally carried a SWAT for several years as part of my EDC then made the swap to the TK4. I still carry SWAT T's in several of my kits.

A great multi purpose Tourniquet easy to use on big and small victims.

I have several of these tourniquets in my medic kit and love them. The can be used as a tourniquet, compression dressing, or even for splinting. The design is KISS simple for all applications. This tourniquet can also be placed higher on limbs than most others due to the material it is constructed from. Also pretty easy for one handed self application The price is minimal compared to other items you carry in your kit. This is a great item to put in your kit.

SWAT-T Tourniquet nice simple and easy to apply tourniquet, a lot more compacted then the CAT Tourniquet and fits in a pocket. Haven't had a chance to actual use it but I have it when the event rises. Rescue Essentials is number one in tactical equipment.

This is my weapon of choice against uncontrollable bleeds. Perfect size to have with me at all times.
